I was installing RSAT Tools on Windows 8 as per the TechNet

Completed all steps and verified language packs as per above
article but every time I try to install ..it is too
quick for my liking.
Apparently lot of people have the same issues and the fix is
to install the EN-US language pack then run the Windows 8 RSAT install (x64 or
x86 )
Open Windows Charm Windows Logo +c
Select Search

Change to Settings
|

Type Language
|
 |
open Language
|
 |
Click Add Language
Notice :- EN-AU is already installed ( In my case is the default language)

Click English and Select Add at the bottom.

Click Options
|
 |
Click Download and Install language pack
|  |
Next step install RSAT tools for Windows 8
|  |
Verify you can now see RSAT under Windows Features ( Turn
On and OFF)
It’s enabled by default.
